FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY
Bulk billing for eligible patients, and what we ask of you.
With increased government funding, from 27 April 2026 our clinic has transitioned to fully bulk billing consultations for all eligible patients with a current Medicare card. Please bring a current Medicare card to your appointment. Some minor procedures and excisions are not covered by this funding and will incur an out-of-pocket fee.

Please bring a current Medicare card to your appointment.

Frequently asked questions
Payments, rebates and concession cards
How do I pay for my procedure?
Face to face at reception by credit card, debit card or cash.
How do I receive my rebate?
Immediately to a debit card on site, transmitted to Medicare through our software, through MyGov Medicare / EasyClaim, or by claiming directly with Medicare using your receipt.
What is a rebate?
The amount refunded to you by Medicare after payment for an eligible medical service or procedure.
Can I just pay the gap?
No. Medicare requires the full fee to be paid first; the rebate is processed afterwards. General practices cannot charge the gap only.
I have a pension or concession card — do I need to pay?
Eligible pension and concession card holders, children under 16 and veterans are bulk billed for standard face-to-face consultations. Minor procedures and excisions still have an upfront fee.
How do I set up my bank details with MyGov?
Register your bank details with Medicare through the Services Australia website and update your Medicare account in MyGov.
